Secure Payments

Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and SMS containing your order details.

If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us at contact@ameyru.com.

Failed or Cancelled Transactions

In the event of a failed transaction:

  • If your payment has been debited but the order was not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • You may attempt the purchase again using the same or an alternative payment method.

Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹).

  • Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

  • A detailed tax invoice will be provided with every order.

Shipping Policy

At Ameyru, we ensure that every order is carefully packed and delivered with care, so your little one's favorite outfits reach you safely and on time.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India to all serviceable pin codes.

We are working towards expanding our delivery network and introducing international shipping in the future.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during non-working hours will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link and shipment details will be shared via email and SMS.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 5-6 business days

  • Non-Metro & Other Locations: 6-7 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, festive rush, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
