Order Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email and SMS with the order details. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at contact@ameyru.com
Failed Transactions
In case of a failed transaction:
- If the amount is debited, it will be automatically refunded to your source account within 5–7 business days.
- You may retry placing the order using a different payment method.
Billing and Taxes
All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of GST. A detailed invoice will be provided with every purchase.

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes. Stay tuned as we expand to more regions, including international delivery options.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Locations: 4–7 business days
- Delays may occur during high-volume sales, festivals, or unforeseen events (e.g., weather, courier disruptions).
